Investment Analyst
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Investment Analyst team member who loves the concept of real estate investing and is interested in learning. As an Investment Analyst you will review property listings for rental investment potential, research and propose promising expansion geographies, and assist in structuring investment opportunities to achieve any investor’s unique goals. Responsibilities will include reviewing new investment opportunities daily, identifying, researching and presenting potential expansion markets, and partnering with an incredible and inclusive sales team. You will work closely with internal partners and your contributions will have a direct impact on the company’s mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong comfort with numbers, as well as a passionate interest in learning, real estate, technology, and passive income investing. Candidate must be organized, honest, and a hard-working self-starter.
